| Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) | The Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) course prepares individuals to provide basic emergency care and immediate lifesaving interventions in prehospital settings. Participants learn patient assessment, CPR, bleeding control, airway management, and emergency response procedures. Successful completion equips students to assist EMS personnel and respond confidently to medical emergencies. Students are eligible for an EMR license through the Louisiana Bureau of EMS upon completion. |
